Cancellation and Refund Policy

After a cleared payment on the purchase of one of our programs take place, you will receive an email with the login details to access your trading platform. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given. In specific circumstances and for assistance please email support@ultimatetraders.com.

Refunds after successful completion of a Challenge

After you have successfully completed a challenge and proceeded to the funded phase you will obtain a refund of the initial sign-up fee with your first monthly withdrawal provided you have adequate profits for a withdrawal.

It is your responsibility to fully understand the refund policy. By placing an order for any of our programs, you confirm that you have carefully read this policy and that you consent and accept these terms.
